Founder of TV In A Card, LLC, and predecessor companies 7.TV, LLC, FMTV Interactive, LLC (f/k/a ReacTV, LLC), and erinMedia, LLC. Since the 1990’s, Maggio has been involved in developing enabling technologies focused on enhancing advertising engagement and efficacy; he is the inventor of the CRAVE reactive advertising process, patented in the U.S., Mexico, and India. Frank is also a contributor and writer for MediaPost.com.
The TV Brochure line of products are enhanced with the enabling technologies developed by Frank and a team of talented individuals and companies. He oversees all product enhancements, and with a core team of executives (many of which are listed below), actively manages the direction and operations of TV In A Card.
Bobby is an accomplished pioneer in Internet based e-commerce and an information security, risk management and privacy expert. As an Information Technology and Security consultant, Bobby has over 30 years of experience in projects for companies and enterprises including the Office of Naval Intelligence, Martin Marietta Aerospace, Entergy, Franklin Templeton, Tampa Electric, and Merrill Lynch. He was one of the founders and designers of the Internet’s first online social network, Matchmaker.com, which was transitioned to the World Wide Web in 1995. In 2000, Matchmaker was acquired by Lycos, where Bobby created and led the security department. Bobby went on to repeat his success at integrating security and privacy into top-level business initiatives at Home Shopping Network and Catalina Marketing. Most recently, Bobby serves as the Chief Information Risk Officer for a leading U.S.-based financial institution.
Terry brings a broad background in sales, sales management and business development across the retail, computer software and media industry categories. His extensive experience in interactive advertising was gained through his 14-year tenure with TBO.com, the digital arm of Media General’s converged operation that also included The Tampa Tribune and WFLA-TV. During that time, he grew TBO.com’s revenues to far exceed any website in the region, built the TBO.com sales organization to a staff of 15 and successfully leveraged the efforts of over 100 salespeople from TBO.com’s media partners. He also headed Media General’s national sales force, responsible for digital sales across more than 50 newspaper and TV station websites. Through one of his corporate assignments, Terry chaired the Sales Channel Committee for a consortium of over 500 newspapers that partnered with Yahoo!. In 2011-12, he partnered on a reactive media project between Media General Florida and 7.TV, ultimately leading to his joining TV In A Card, LLC.
David has been in the Radio and Television industry for over 20 years, with over 7,000 hours of live on-air TV hosting experience to complement his extensive experience in voice over and radio. David has appeared on The Home Shopping Network, Ideal World England, TSC Canada and The Military Shopping Channel. In 1993 Shimkus hosted Point Blank at WSIU-TV and also created and hosted SIU Sports Weekly. He was the sports director at WSIU-FM and his radio career also included stops at The Illinois Radio Network and Chicago’s THE SCORE sports radio. Currently, Shimkus owns On Air Image, Inc. where he consults on various TV projects, including game shows, infomercials, and product placement services. David proudly served his country as a United States Marine, and was a Cum Laude graduate of Southern Illinois University, with a B.A. degree in Radio and Television, and a minor in Advertising.
Director of Creative Media Production
Joe’s diverse multimedia career began in his Dallas-based photography studio where he shot over 500 advertising assignments for firms including Compaq, Exxon, Frito-Lay, Hyatt, Pepsico, Neiman Marcus and Coca-Cola Foods. His photographic skills brought him to Nashville, where as director and cinematographer he helped produce music videos and TV shows for Country and Contemporary Christian, Clint Black, Wynonna, Allison Krauss, Billy Dean, McBride & The Ride, NewSong, Kenny Rogers and Willie Nelson, and several Christmas specials for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital with supermodel host Cindy Crawford. Joe’s diverse list of production assignments have included commercials with Dwight Howard of the L.A. Lakers for Adidas, interviews with football great Joe Namath for Yahoo Sports, direct-response television spots for Launch-DRTV, and a documentary for rock music legends The Doobie Brothers. Joe’s added several full-time senior writer/producer and creative director positions, for television networks including the Shop At Home Network, ReacTV, and AquaMarine Partners.

Gray brings over 25 years of corporate leadership in both Fortune 50 companies and start-up formation companies. He held multiple leadership and business development roles at Procter and Gamble, managing $400-600 million in annual revenue. This revenue was generated across 5-8 consumer goods categories, consisting of 30-35 different brands. In these roles Gray led promotion planning and in store execution at 30+ customers. Additionally at the CEO level he led external customer strategic planning, high performance work team development and directed business development teams in excess of 80+ professionals. Organizationally, he created nationally deployed training programs, owned on campus recruiting at Duke, William and Mary and Atlanta University, and led and directed all training programs for his multiple organizations. Following his P&G experience, Gray has led multiple start-up companies through the concept development, branding and commercialization phases.
