Terry brings a broad background in sales, sales management and business development across the retail, computer software and media industry categories. His extensive experience in interactive advertising was gained through his 14-year tenure with TBO.com, the digital arm of Media General’s converged operation that also included The Tampa Tribune and WFLA-TV. During that time, he grew TBO.com’s revenues to far exceed any website in the region, built the TBO.com sales organization to a staff of 15 and successfully leveraged the efforts of over 100 salespeople from TBO.com’s media partners. He also headed Media General’s national sales force, responsible for digital sales across more than 50 newspaper and TV station websites. Through one of his corporate assignments, Terry chaired the Sales Channel Committee for a consortium of over 500 newspapers that partnered with Yahoo!. In 2011-12, he partnered on a reactive media project between Media General Florida and 7.TV, ultimately leading to his joining TV In A Card, LLC.
