What are the prices for the TV in a Cards?

TV in a Card video brochure pricing is varied, since each video brochure unit is made-to-order. Prices for our standard units are determined by three factors: (1) The quantity ordered with our minimum order being 50 units. (2) The screen size requested. (3) Whether the unit has card stock or hard covers.

Our standard units come in six brochures sizes with 256 MB memory cards, 2 hour rechargeable batteries and up to six functions / buttons. Upgrades to all of the standard configurations are available at additional costs.

What brochures sizes are available for the TV in a Cards?

Our TV in a Card video brochures are available in six standard sizes – A75 (business card), A55, A50, A45, A40 and A35. All the A75 are available in Portrait or Landscape orientation and with either card stock or hard (book) covers. Our two most popular models are the A45 Landscape with hard covers and the A55 Landscape with card stock covers. However, we can provide design cut line templates to your specific specifications. What are the screen sizes available?

Our screen sizes currently include 2.4″ (business card only), 3.0″, 4.0″, 5.0″ 7.0″ and 10.1″. All of our screens are High Definition and offer Full Viewing Angle technology.

What memory size do the TV in a Card Video Brochures have?

Our standard units include 256 MB memory cards, which will hold approximately 15 minutes of properly optimized video. However, upgrades are available from 512 MB to 16GB depending on your requirements.

What format do videos need to be to play and are there any other specifications that we should be aware of?

This depends on screen size selected. HD options are available, otherwise 2.4″ is 320 x 240 resolution, 4″ and 5″ is 1280 x 720, 7″ is 1280 x 720 and 10″ is 1920 x 1080. Various file formats can be used including MP4, MOV or AVI. The video is typically loaded onto the units at our factory and we check that your video is properly optimized for best results.

What is the battery life?

Our standard battery will play video for up to 2 hours. Upgrades can provide battery life of up to 12 hours at an additional per unit cost. Batteries are fully rechargeable via TV in a Card Video Brochure’s mini USB port. Most of our batteries can be recharged over 1,000 times.

How long is video play time?

Our standard memory card holds up to 15 minutes of properly optimized video. Play time of up to 12 hours can be specified at additional costs.

Can the TV in a Card be re-used?

Yes. Since the batteries are rechargeable and videos can be changed, the units can be used multiple times.

Can you provide the mini USB cable for charging the TV in a Card?

We provide several mini USB cables with every order to allow for recharging of the batteries or changing videos. Upon request and at an additional cost, we can provide mini USB cables for every unit in the order.

What is the life of TV in a Card?

With proper care and use, the TV in a Card can last for several years. The battery is commonly the determining factor and most of our batteries can be recharged over 1,000 times.

What is the standard timeline for delivery once we supply artwork?

This depends on size of order and the complexity of the unit, but normal delivery time for orders is between 4 to 6 weeks.

How much would the TV in a Card cost increase by if we added more videos?

No additional charge for multiple videos as long as the total file size falls within the limits of the installed memory card.

How many seconds does it take for the video to start playing?

The video starts in approximately 2-3 seconds after the unit’s cover is opened. However, we typically ask customers to provide a loading screen image which displays almost instantly so the person opening the brochure knows it is functioning properly prior to the video playing.

Is it possible to swap videos on the TV in a Card?

Yes by using the mini USB cables that are supplied. However, we recommend you alert us before attempting to change the videos so we can provide instructions to avoid damaging the unit’s software.

What order do the videos play in?

The videos will play in alphanumeric order – i.e. : 01 , 02, A, B, C, etc. – based on the filenames used for the videos.

Do your prices include delivery?

Our unit prices do not include delivery because that cost is a variable depending on the size of the unit, the type of cover ordered, your location and the delivery method you choose. However, once we have all of the information necessary, we will provide a shipping estimate to allow you to make a final decision.

What is the warranty period for this product?

TV in a Card warrants that upon delivery, and for a period of 90 calendar days from the date of delivery, the Products shall be free from manufacturing defect. Warranty beyond this period will be handled on a case-by-case basis, since we cannot control the use or storage of the units once they leave our facilities. What if the TV in a Card gets damaged during delivery or if it does not work?

Delivery is insured through our carrier, typically FedEx, and damages units will be replaced as soon as possible.
